1. General Agreement By contracting with or utilizing the services of Icon AV, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Icon AV regarding all dispatch, staffing, and event execution services.

2. Contractor Responsibilities Technicians and contractors operating on behalf of Icon AV are expected to maintain professional conduct, arrive on time to designated venues, and adhere strictly to the Scope of Work (SOW) provided in the official Call Sheet.

3. Icon AV Dispatch Alerts (SMS Communications) By providing your mobile phone number during the onboarding process and signing our contractor agreement, you consent to receive SMS notifications from the Icon AV Dispatch platform.

  • Program Description: You will receive internal gig availability alerts, dispatch notifications, on-site clock-in requests, and schedule updates.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your region and gig availability.

  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of these alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

  • Support Instructions: If you require assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact Ethan@IconAV.com.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payment Terms Invoices must be submitted according to the instructions provided upon job completion. Icon AV processes payments per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in your contractor onboarding documentation.

5. Modifications Icon AV reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our dispatch system constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
